ShoreTel's unified communications system has been rated number one in surveys for 8 consecutive years.  Their beliefs align with ours at BTX that not only do they have to have the best and easiest to use system, but resellers ability to train and satisfy its customers is key.  They survey all customer installs 90 days after completed and those ratings/metrics directly affect our costs of buying equipment and tier 2 support from ShoreTel.  Annual follow up surveys are done as well.  We believe in the simplicity of this product so much it is the only product we offer free remote support for anyone that keeps their equipment under manufacturer warranty.

Cisco's new innovative UC320 product has taken the low end market to task on a low end UC system for the under 20 user market.  This product has great features and a good selection of phones for a market once only targeted by low end PBX manufactureres.  Their UC540 & UC560 products are a much more robust platform and perfect for the 10-300 user market.
