Using RingCentral SoftPhone to send faxes

BTX of San Jose tip and trick of the day for RingCentral users.  BTX is a local installer and reseller of RingCentral and using the SoftPhone to send faxes is a simple and easy setup.  Click on the Fax icon at the top of your screen then fill in your personal information.  Next add the phone number of the receiver and click add to the recipient list, next add a note in the cover page like "Smith files", and then click Attach to add your document.  You can send it now or schedule it for later.  Simple and easy to send faxes from your own desktop!
